Our small community consists of 47 detached and semi-detached villas and Quad houses, with a communal pool and small communal garden. There are currently 11 nationalities living on the urbanisation including Spanish, German, English, South African, Icelandic, French, Belgian, Russian, Ukrainian Austrian and Irish. The properties were built in 2001 and are situated at the top of the hill at El Galan, close to Blue Lagoon, all properties have sea views of the Mediterranean. We are only 10mins drive from the beaches, 20min drive to Torrevieja and within 10mins drive from 4 x 18 hole golf courses. There is a large supermarket within walking distance along with bars and restaurants.
